Towing restriction. <br /> It is unlawful for any person to operate a recreational vehicle so as to tow any person or thing on a street or <br /> highway except through the use of a rigid tow bar,as defined by state statute, attached to the rear of the <br /> recreational vehicle. <br /> (Ord.
