Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION#23-298 <br /> RESOLUTION ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR 2024 MSA <br /> PAVEMENT OVERLAY IMPROVEMENTS, IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #24-06 <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey proposes to overlay the pavement on numerous Municipal State <br /> Aid (MSA) street segments in 2024 as identified within the 2024— 2033 Capital Improvement Program; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, City Staff has the capacity to prepare plans and specifications for 2024 MSA <br /> Pavement Overlay Improvements, Improvement Project#24-06. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br /> 1) The Ramsey City Council hereby orders the City Engineer to prepare plans and specifications for <br /> 2024 MSA Pavement Overlay Improvements, Improvement Project#24-06. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and <br /> upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> and the following voted against the same: <br /> and the following abstained: <br /> and the following were absent: <br /> Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 28' <br /> day of November,2023. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br />
