Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #23-302 <br /> RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2024 CITY OF RAMSEY PARKING RAMP <br /> MAINTENANCE BUDGET <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey Adopted an Amended and Restated Parking <br /> Improvement Use and Maintenance Agreement(PUMA)for Parking District A(Municipal Center <br /> Ramp) on April 30, 2012 and First Amendment on January 8, 2013; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey is required to annually adopt a budget of parking ramp <br /> maintenance costs on or before the date thirty days prior to the beginning of each full fiscal year; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS,on or before the date thirty days prior to each full fiscal year,the City Council <br /> must adopt a resolution allocating the budgeted parking maintenance costs for that fiscal year <br /> among the benefitting parcels; and <br /> WHEREAS, That the annual budget of the City of Ramsey for the fiscal year beginning <br /> January 1, 2024 is hereby adopted for the Parking Ramp Maintenance Fund in the amount of <br /> $212,612. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> RAMSEY, COUNTY OF ANOKA, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> 1) That the annual budget of the City of Ramsey for the fiscal year beginning January 1,2024 <br /> is hereby adopted for the Parking Ramp Maintenance Fund as follows: <br /> Expenses: <br /> Operating & Capital Expenses $212,612 <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember, and <br /> upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> and the following voted against the same: <br /> and the following abstained: <br /> and the following were absent: <br /> Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the <br /> 28th day of November, 2023. <br /> Mayor <br />
