NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> 1) The Ramsey City Council hereby rejects all bids for the making of such improvements. <br /> 2) The Ramsey City Council hereby authorizes Staff to work with SEH, Inc. to revise the <br /> approved plans to reduce project costs and to monitor the bidding environment to identify <br /> the most favorable time to bid the project again. <br /> 3) The City Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to immediately return forthwith <br /> to all bidders the deposits made with their bids. <br /> The motion of the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> and the following voted against the same: <br /> and the following abstained: <br /> and the following were absent: <br /> Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br /> this the 25th day of January, 2022. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Resolution #22-003 <br /> Page 2 of 2 <br />
