Tobacco, Division 2, Section 26- <br /> 787(6) <br /> Community Development Director Hanson reviewed the Staff report in regard to the amendments <br /> to the tobacco section of the City Code to only allow one tobacco license to be given per location <br /> or address. <br /> Councilmember Woestehoff asked why they should limit licenses to only one per address. <br /> City Attorney Knaak explained that having more than one license per address can be harder to <br /> enforce as this could allow for possible abuse. <br /> Motion by Councilmember Musgrove, seconded by Councilmember Specht, to Introduce <br /> Ordinance 423-20, Amendment to Chapter 26, Licenses, Permits, and Miscellaneous Business <br /> Regulations, Article XVL Tobacco, Division 2, Section 26-787(6). <br /> A roll call vote was performed: <br /> Councilmember Musgrove aye <br /> Councilmember Howell aye <br /> Councilmember Woestehoff aye <br /> Councilmember Olson aye <br /> Councilmember Specht aye <br /> Mayor Kuzma aye <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 8.
