1 212 Infoiniation provided on plans <br />2 The information required for all land use application types generally consists of the following items, as <br />3 applicable to the application, and shall be submitted when applicable or requested by the zoning <br />4 administrator. Plans must be prepared in a standard engineering or architectural scale and be prepared by <br />5 a licensed surveyor, architect, and/or civil engineer, as applicable.
