All single-family and townhome units must have a garage, either attached or <br />6 detached, of at least 400 square feet in area. <br />7 (B) Required Quantity of Parking Spaces. For uses not listed below, a parking justification report shall <br />8 be submitted to the zoning administrator explaining the anticipated parking needs based on the <br />9 number of residents, employees, customers, and visitors. <br />10 (1) Detached Single -Family, Attached Two -Family, Townhome (attached or detached), and <br />11 Licensed Residential Facility uses must provide two off-street parking spaces per dwelling unit. <br />12 Driveways may be used as parking spaces. <br />13 (2) Multiple -Family Dwelling uses must provide 1.5 off-street parking spaces per unit in a parking <br />14 lot or structure confoiniing to the design standards in Section 560. <br />15 (3) Senior Living and Assisted Living uses must provide one off-street parking space per unit in a <br />16 parking lot or structure conforming to the design standards in Section 560. <br />17 (4) Religious Institutions as required in Section 560. <br />18 <br />19 (C) In any residential district, outside parking of any motor vehicle(s) and/or recreational equipment is <br />20 subject to the following standards: <br />21 (1) Number of items. <br />22 a. Six items are allowed for outdoor storage and parking on parcels less than one acre in size. <br />23 b. Eight items are allowed for outdoor storage and parking on parcels between one and 1.99 acres <br />24 in size. <br />25 c. Ten items are allowed for outdoor storage and parking on parcels between two and 4.99 acres <br />26 in size. <br />27 d.
