1 (7) Temporary freestanding signage is permitted in the foini of up to two "A" frame or sandwich <br />2 boards not to exceed six square feet per side. The signs must be placed within 10 feet of the <br />3 mobile food unit. Flags and banners attached directly to the mobile food unit are permitted. <br />4 (8) Mobile food units must vacate the property between 11:00 pm and 8:00 am the following day. <br />5 (A) Exception. A mobile food unit may remain in place overnight in conjunction with a multi- <br />6 day special event permit. <br />7 (9) Deviations from the standards above may be considered with a special event permit. <br />8 <br />9 (J) Motor Fuel Stations, CNG Fuel Stations. <br />10 (1) Adequate space shall be provided to access gas pumps and allow maneuverability around the <br />11 pumps <br />12 (2) Underground fuel storage tanks are to be positioned to allow adequate access by motor fuel <br />13 transports and unloading operations do not conflict with circulation, access and other activities <br />14 on the site. <br />15 (3) Fuel pumps shall be installed on pump islands with canopies. Canopies shall maintain a 20- <br />16 foot setback from property lines as measured from the edge of the canopy. <br />17 (4) As an accessory use, fueling areas and canopies must be located to the rear or side of the <br />18 principal structure. <br />19 <br />20 (K) Motor Vehicle Repair. The following standards are required for operating a motor vehicle repair <br />21 business. <br />22 (1) All repair operations must be conducted inside a building. <br />23 (2) All vehicles must be properly licensed. <br />24 (3) Parking of any vehicle is prohibited on an adjacent public roadway. <br />25 (4) Visibly damaged vehicles parked outdoors must be screened. <br />26 (5) No vehicle dealer's license may be issued for the property. <br />27 <br />28 (L) Motor Vehicle Sales/Vehicle sales inventory and display lots and vehicle showrooms. The following <br />29 are standards for motor vehicle sales (includes RVs, trailers, campers, golf carts, faint implements, <br />30 construction equipment, and the like): <br />31 (1) In 11 and I2 districts, sales and inventory must be located indoors only. No outdoor displays <br />32 or parking of sales vehicles are permitted. <br />33 (2) The building on the property must occupy at least ten (10) percent of the buildable site. <br />34 (3) A minimum lot area of one (1) buildable acres is required. <br />35 (4) Only one state -licensed business entity is allowed per property. <br />36 (5) State wholesale and lessor licenses may be considered office uses provided no vehicles are <br />37 located on site. <br />38 (6) Vehicle sales inventory and display lots must follow the same design requirements as a parking <br />39 lot found in Section 560. All vehicle parking spaces must have direct access to a drive aisle. <br />40 <br />41 (M) Outdoor Animal Runs <br />42 (1) Outdoor animal runs are only allowed as an accessory use in conjunction with an animal service <br />43 business. <br />44 (2) In the 11 district, the runs must not be located closer to the street than the front facade of the <br />45 building. <br />46 (3) The area of the outdoor animal run must not exceed 20 percent of the building or tenant area <br />47 the animal service business is occupying. <br />48 <br />49 (N) Outdoor Storage, Sales, and Display; Seasonal Outdoor Storage or Sales <br />50 (1) Outdoor storage, Sales, and Display site requirements for each of the districts in which it is an <br />51 allowed use: <br />Attachment A — Ordinance #23-14 <br />Page 69 of 141 <br />
