Dwelling units are allowed as an accessory use in conjunction with the following <br />14 uses in the applicable manner: <br />15 (1) Religious institution — As a residence for clergy. <br />16 (2) Post -Secondary Schools, Trade Schools, Colleges, and Universities — As residence halls <br />17 for students and staff. <br />18 (3) Public and Private Recreation Facilities — As a residence for on -site staff. <br />19 <br />20 826-829 Reserved. <br />21 <br />22 830 Bulk Standards <br />23 Due to the specialized nature of each of the uses and buildings, no bulk standards shall exist. All proposed <br />24 sites and structures shall consider surrounding property uses in a respectful and intentional manner. <br />25 <br />26 831-859 Reserved. <br />27 <br />28 860 Public/Institutional Parking Standards <br />29 A parking justification report shall be submitted to the zoning administrator explaining the anticipated <br />30 parking needs of the use based on the number of employees, customers, and visitors.
