Councilmember Woestehoff introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #23-299 <br /> RESOLUTION ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR 2024 <br /> NEIGHBORHOOD PAVEMENT OVERLAY IMPROVEMENTS, IMPROVEMENT <br /> PROJECT #24-07 <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey proposes to overlay the pavement on numerous public <br /> street segments in 2024 as identified within the 2024 —2033 Capital Improvement Program; and <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution 423-281, adopted November <br /> 14, 2023, the City Council accepted and awarded the proposal to Bolton & Menk, Inc., for <br /> topographic survey of the pedestrian ramps within the project area; and <br /> WHEREAS, City Staff has the capacity to prepare plans and specifications for 2024 <br /> Neighborhood Pavement Overlay Improvements, Improvement Project 424-07. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br /> 1) The Ramsey City Council hereby orders the City Engineer to prepare plans and <br /> specifications for 2024 Neighborhood Pavement Overlay Improvements, Improvement <br /> Project 424-07. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> Olson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> Mayor Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Woestehoff <br /> Councilmember Olson <br /> Councilmember Howell <br /> Councilmember Musgrove <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> and the following voted against the same: <br /> None <br /> and the following abstained: <br /> None <br />
