ORDINANCE #05-10 CITY OF R~MSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING AND SUBDIVISION OF LAND CHAPTER OF THE CIT~ CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 9.20.04 "MAP" OF CHAPTER 9 OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. SECTION 1. AMENDMENT The following legally described prop- edy is hereby rezoned from R-2 Medium Density Residential to Planned Unit · n.evelopment (PUD): Lots l-B, Block 1; Lots 1-32, Block 2; LOB 1-11, Block 3; Lot 26, Block 5; Oudot A, Outlot B, Outtot C; and Oudot D; Town Center Gardens 3rd Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota (the "Subject Property") SECTION 2. MAP The City Engineer is hereby instructed to cause this amendment to be shown on ' the "City of Ramsey Zoning Map", which map was adopted pursuant to Section 9.20.04 of the City Code. SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE This ordinance becomes effective 30 days afl.er it~ passage and publication, subject to City Charter Section 5.04.
