ORDINANCE #06-17 CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING AND SUBDIVISION OE LAND CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 9.20.04 "MAP" OF CHAPTER 9 OF THE CiTY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. SECTION 1. AMENDMENT The following legally described property is hereby rezoned from R-1 Residential to Planned Unit Development (PUD): The north 330.00 feet of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 23, Township 32, *Range 25, together with an easement for road purposes over the west 33.00 feet of that part of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 23 which lies north of County State Aid Highway No. S, according to the United States Government sun/ey thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota. (the "Subject Property") ~ SECTION 2. MAP The City is hereby instructed to cause this amendment to be shown on the 'City of Ramsey Zoning Map", which map was adopted pursuant to Section 9.20.04 of the City Code. SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE This ordinance becomes effective 30 days afl(er its passage and publication, subject to City Charter Section 5.04.
