ORDINANCE #06-18 CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN EASEMENT FOR DRAINAGE AND UTILITY PURPOSES IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY~ MINNESOTA The City of Bamsey Ordains: SECTION 1. AUTHORITY This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the City of Ramsey, Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851. SECTION 2. VACATION The following dedicated drainage and utility easements are herby vacated, to wit: All of the dedicated drainage and utility easements within Lot 1, Block 3, River Pines Sth Addition.
