ORDINANCE #06-16 <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 8 <br /> WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE BUILDING <br /> AND HOUSING CHAPTER OF THE CITY <br /> CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING <br /> SECTION 8.35 "REGULATION OF SINGLE <br /> FAMILY DWBLLING S TO BE MOVED INTO <br /> OR WITHIN THE CITY" OF CHAPTER <br /> 8 OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, <br /> MINNESOTA. <br /> The City of Ramsey ordains: <br /> SECTION 1. SUMMARY <br /> The following offidal summary of <br /> Ordinance #06-16 has been approved by <br /> the City Council of the City of Ramsey as <br /> dearly informin~ the public of the intent <br /> and effect of the Ordinance. <br /> It is the intent and effect of Ordinance <br />, #06-16 to amend Ramsey City Code <br /> Chapter 8 (Building and Housing) <br />· Section 8.35 (Regulation of Single Family <br /> Dwellings to be moved into or within <br /> the City) to: <br /> · Require a Moving Permit to move <br /> a dwelling or accessory building (greater <br /> than 120 square feet) out of the City. <br /> · Require a Moving Permit, in addi- <br /> tion to a Building Permit, to move an <br /> accessory building (greater than 120 <br /> square feet) into or within the City. <br /> · Allow City Staff to administrative- <br /> ly approve or deny Dwelling Moving <br /> Permit requests rather than submitting <br /> the request to the Planning Commission <br /> and ultimately City Council. <br /> SECTION 2.
