Park Dedication.The PERMITTEE is responsible for satisfying applicable Park Dedication Fee <br /> requirements.PERMITTEE must pay a Park Dedication Fee of$54,000.00(12 units x$4,500.00 <br /> per unit). The PERMITTEE acknowledges that these fees are estimates.The rate in effect when <br /> the Plat is recorded will be collected. <br /> 2. Trail Development Fees. The PERMITTEE is responsible for satisfying applicable Trail <br /> Development Fee requirements.PERMITTEE must pay a Trail Development Fee of$18,000.00 <br /> (12 units x $1,500.00 per unit). The PERMITTEE is responsible for satisfying applicable <br /> Stormwater Trunk Fee requirements. PERMITTEE must pay a Stormwater Management Fee <br /> of$6,408.00 (12 units x$534.00 per unit). The PERMITTEE acknowledges that these fees are <br /> estimates. The rate in effect when the Plat is recorded will be collected. <br /> 6. Street Light Operation and Maintenance Fee. The PERMITTEE is responsible for a Street Light <br /> Operation and Maintenance Fee of $294 per light. PERMITTEE must pay a Street Light <br /> Operation and Maintenance Fee of $294.00 ($294 x 1 lights = $294.00). The PERMITTEE <br /> acknowledges that these fees are estimates. The rate in effect when the Plat is recorded will be <br /> collected. <br /> 7. Street Sign Fee. While the CITY provides and installs the street name and traffic control signage, <br /> the PERMITTEE is responsible for paying for them at a rate of$265 per sign. PERMITTEE <br /> must pay a Street Sign Fee of$795.00($265 x 1 street name sign; $265 x 2 no parking signs). The <br /> PERMITTEE acknowledges that these fees are estimates. The rate in effect when the Plat is <br /> recorded will be collected. <br /> 8. Development Fees for the Outlots. The PERMITTEE acknowledges that development fees are <br /> not being collected for any Outlots. The PERMITTEE acknowledges that development fees will <br /> be due upon development of any of the Outlots.
