These jobs are in <br />addition to the 40 people the company currently employs in the state. <br /> <br />The requested grant funds wilt be used by Systematic Refrigeration to <br />purchase new equipment to improve the manufacturing process in the facility. <br />This new process will allow for the company to continue to be competitive in its <br />industry. Currently, the company is Minnesota's lone manufacturer involved in <br />the refrigeration equipment industry. Major growth is expected to occur in this <br />market segment.
