I, 2, 4, 5 AND 6 WITHIN <br />MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 1 <br /> By: Diana Lund, Finance Officer <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Staff has been working with the firm of Springsted, Inc. to prepare modifications to the <br />TIF plans for TIF Districts Nos. 1, 2, 4, 5, and 6 within Development District 1.
