JOHNSON, DBA HERITAGE <br />MILLWORK <br /> By: James E. Norman, City Administrator <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey entered into a development agreement with Heritage Millwork, on October <br />31, 1996. The original project included the construction ora 34,104 square foot facility (location <br />of Heritage Millwork attached), which is in the business of manufacturing windows and doors <br />for home builders. Heritage Millwork is currently in the process of constructing a 28,719 square <br />foot expansion to their facility and have requested assistance. The financial assistance would be <br />in the form of an addendum to their 1996 development agreement (attached to case). <br /> <br />The development agreement addendum for this project allows for the contribution of $4,100 of <br />the tax increment proceeds of the addition to be utilized by Heritage Millwork. It is important to <br />note that the $4,100 is the amount Heritage..
