Norman, City Administrator <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The City Council held a work session to discuss the Comprehensive Plan on November 17, 1999. <br />Staff received direction to make changes for Council consideration. <br /> <br />Changes to the text of the Comprehensive Plan have been completed and have been distributed <br />to Councilmembers. Mapping changes have not been made at this point. Staff wanted to be sure <br />the Council approved of the Comprehensive Plan document draft before changes are made to the <br />map. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />If Council is comfortable with the current draft of the Comprehensive Plan, staff would <br />recommend authorization to forward the documents to the Metropolitan Council. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Based upon discussion. <br /> <br />Reviewed by: <br /> <br />City Administrator <br />Community Development Director <br /> <br />CC: 12/14/99 <br /> <br />t5.5' <br /> <br /> <br />
