Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION #99-12-XXX <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING 2000 SCHEDULE OF RATES, FEES AND CHARGES <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at the City Council meeting on December 14, 1999, staff recommended <br />approval of the attached Schedule of Rates, Fees and Charges. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />t) That the attached Schedule of Rates, Fees and Charges is hereby adopted effective <br /> January 1, 2000. <br /> <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember , <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 14th day of December, 1999. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
