Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #99-12-XXX RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 1999, PAYABLE 2000, MUNICIPAL TAX LEVY NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, COUNTY OF ANOKA, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) 2) 3) 4) That the following levies for assessed 1999, payable 2000, be levied upon the taxable property in said City of Ramsey, Anoka County, State of Minnesota for the following purposes: GENERAL LEVY Fund 101: General Fund - General Operations Fiscal Disparity Transfer (as certified) HACA (as certified) Collected as Property Tax $ 441,369 527,964 2,244,89O DEBT SERVICE LEVY $ 3,214,223 Certificates of Indebtedness Lease Revenue Bonds $ 75,980 $ 142,708 $218,688 TOTAL CERTIFIED LEVIES $ 3~432~911 That this final levy does not exceed the Proposed Levy adopted September 14, 1999. That this final levy is being adopted as a result of the Public Budget Hearing held for the purpose of heating the opinions of Ramsey residents on the proposed budget and amount of property taxes. That the City Administrator/Clerk be directed'to transmit a certified copy of this resolution to the Anoka County Auditor's office on or before Tuesday, December 28, 1999, for the purpose of complying with Truth-In-Taxation.
