The proposal presented here represents phases a and c of the model, with
slight changes to reflect compliance with the new ADA standards. This design has a value of $51,000,
inclusive of all freight, sales tax and trained supervision through to the completion of the structure by
community volunteers.

Our design fully complies with the new AbA guidelines for accessibility and conforms to all applicable
CPSC and ASTM standards as well.

We have incorporated the largest number of activities within the constraints of the budget and have
considered future expansion and modifications.

hope this proposal meets with your satisfaction and acceptance. The design remains flexible and can
be modified. I invite your questions or further suggestions.

Thank you for the opportunity to help you make meaningful change and improvement to the play
facilities at Central Park!

Sincerely, l /

St. Croix Recreation Company, Inc.
