Norma~n: It was good talking to you this evening and I look forward to working on behalf of the City of R:amuey. This letter will conftrm the consulting axrax~ement we agreed to whereby I will represent the City of Ramsey on the road improvement project planned for TH 47 from CR ll6to 153rd St. in Ramsey, Minnesota. lwiLl work to determine the precise status of the project, ascertain the availability of funding sources and provide you with accurate information concerning the project's construction schedule. I will work with the Minnesota Department of Transportation CMN/DOT) and its agents in gathe~.'ng this information. As compensation you have agreed to pay Leonard W. Levine & Associates, Inc. a non-refundable retainer of $3,500 at this time. Payment for my services will cover the time period beginning on December 15, 1999 and concluding on January 31, 2000. Ifit is necessary to continue working on this project once the work for the initial payment has been exceeded, we will mutually agree to continue with compensation and duties to be determined at that time. Memos and information relative to the services provided will be directed to him, unless otherwise specified. If you approve of the arrangements as stated in this letter, please indicate your concurrence by signing your name and sending a copy of this letter (fax would be acceptable) and payment back to me.
