CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, October 26, <br />Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Thomas Gamec <br />Councilmember Susan E. Anderson <br />Councilmember Margaret Connolly <br />Councilmember Terry Hendriksen <br />Councilmember Gerald Zimmerman <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator James Norman <br />Finance Officer Diana Lund <br />Director of Public Works/Fire Chief Dean Kapler <br />Police Chief David Gustafson <br />Deputy City Clerk Jo Thieling <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />1999, at the <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the regular meeting of the City Council to order at 7:00 p.m. and called <br />upon City Administrator Norman to lead in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />Deputy City Clerk Thieling added that Elk River School District residents also have school <br />issues to vote on and they vote at the Elk River High School. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec reminded citizens that November 2''a is the election regarding the school bond <br />issue and that all voting will take place at the municipal center. <br /> <br />APPROVEAGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Hendriksen, seconded by Councilmember Connolly, to approve the <br />agenda as presented. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Hendriksen, Connolly, Anderson, <br />and Zimmerman. Voting No: None.
