Their organization license is up for renewal which means that they must again <br />get approval for their premise permit of their site at Diamonds Sports Bar and Grill. If <br />the City Council is not opposed to this application, they have requested a waiver of the <br />30-day notice provision. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Based on discussion Adopt Resolution #99-12-XXX RESOLUTION APPROVING <br />CLIMB THEATER APPLICATION FOR PREMISE PERMIT FOP.
