CALL TO ORDER <br /> Mayor Strommen called the Closed Session of the City Council to order at 5:32 p.m. <br /> 2. COUNCIL BUSINESS <br /> 2.01: Discussion Regarding the 2017-2018 Union Contract Negotiations for AFSCME, <br /> LELS-Patrol and LELS-Sergeant (Portions of the Discussion May be Closed to the <br /> Public) <br /> Human Resources Director Lasher stated that the Council will now discuss the 2017-2018 Union <br /> contract negotiations for AFSCME, LELS-Patrol and LELS-Sergeants. <br /> 3.
