7.08: Discuss Property Acquisition related to Realignment of Sunwood Drive <br />The closed session reconvened at 8:45 p.m. <br />City Attorney Goodrich advised that under Minnesota Statutes, Section 13D.05, Subd.3(b), the <br />meeting can move into closed session to discuss confidential or non-public appraisal data and <br />acquisition negotiations. He indicated closed session discussion will relate to property acquisitions <br />for the realignment of Sunwood Drive and Armstrong Boulevard/TH 10 grade separated <br />interchange. The closed session will be tape recorded and that tape will be maintained for a period <br />of eight years. <br />City Attorney Goodrich noted Councilmember Wise was not in attendance as he has a conflict of <br />interest. <br />City Attorney Goodrich reported on property appraisals. <br />Consensus of the City Council was to direct staff to continue negotiations on the purchase of <br />properties related to realignment of Sunwood Drive. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Motion by Councilmember Elvig, seconded by Councilmember McGlone to closed the closed <br />portion of the City Council meeting. <br />Motion carried. <br />The closed portion was adjourned at 9:08 p.m. <br />Respectfully submitted <br />/e•-.-X,/: C. a--z-0 <br />Kurtis G.
