CENTRAL PARK <br />FROST FEST <br />Experience the magic of <br />FRogr <br />Winter at Central Park's NO FEST <br />second annual Frost Fest! This N <br />family -friendly event offers <br />a variety of activities, including <br />a snow maze, luge for sledding, and ice skating. Warm up with <br />delicious hot chocolate or sample savory delights from the Chili <br />Cook -off We will transform the skating path at sunset with <br />luminaries to enjoy skating under the winter sky. <br />Have a tried and true chili recipe? Enter our contest! Participants <br />can cook any chili variety in a 6-quart Crockpot. Contestants must <br />ensure transportation and adherence to food safety practices. <br />Per Anoka County regulations, all non-commercial kitchen chili <br />must be labeled with the maker's name and preparation address. <br />We provide tables, tablecloths, paper products, silverware, napkins, <br />and power. <br />Become a taste tester for just $5! Sample up to 15 homemade chili <br />recipes and vote for your favorites. The top winners will be awarded <br />cash prizes. Register by midnight on Sunday, February 4. It's free to <br />register, but space is limited!
