This report represents our work on <br />this project as authorized by you. It includes our recommendations regarding earthwork, fill and <br />compaction, subgrade preparation, and pavement design. An electronic copy is enclosed. <br />The soils encountered were mostly fine grained sandy outwash (SP, SP, SP-SM) soils. No peat <br />(PT), organic or expansive soils were encountered in any of the borings. Groundwater was not <br />observed in any of the borings during our investigation. The soils appear to be excellent for the <br />proposed utility and street reconstruction. <br />Mr. Jeriancek, it has been our pleasure to work with you on this project.
