Definitions. <br /> Diseased tree means any diseased or insect infested tree that poses a threat to public trees in the city. <br /> Inoperable or junk vehicle means any motor vehicle which cannot meet a44-any one of the following criteria: <br /> Recreational vehicle describes all-terrain vehicles, c npers, Lamping trailers, motorhoi . off-highway <br /> vehicles, and off-road vehicles. <br /> Shade tree means a woody perennial grown primarily for aesthetic or environmental purposes. <br /> Vehicle means any motorized or unmotorized vehicle including but not limited to,automobiles,trucks, <br /> motorcycles, buses, recreational vehicles,snowmobiles and trailers. <br /> Sec. 30-3. onditions constituting a public nuisance. <br /> The following are declared to be nuisances affecting public peace, health,welfare,and/or safety of the community: <br /> Subd. 1.
