Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION#24-034 <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING SCOPE OF IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #24-05, MSA <br /> XKIMO STREET RECONSTRUCTION TO INCLUDE STREETS WITHIN <br /> RIVERSBEND 3", 4TH,AND PLAZA SUBDIVISIONS <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey proposes to reconstruct MSA Xkimo Street between Trunk <br /> Highway 47 and 142nd Avenue, as identified within the 2023 — 2032 10-Year Capital Improvement <br /> Program; and <br /> WHEREAS, proposals were received for engineering design services, including preparing final <br /> plans and specifications for MSA Xkimo Street Reconstruction, Improvement Project #24-05 for <br /> $38,000.00 from Hakanson Anderson; and <br /> WHEREAS,pursuant to Ramsey City Council resolution#23-200, adopted on August 22, 2023 <br /> the City Engineer prepared request for proposals for geotechnical reports for Improvement Project#24-05; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution#23-279, adopted November 14, 2023 <br /> the City Council awarded the proposal for geotechnical reports to Haugo Geotechnical Services, LLC. for <br /> Improvement Project#24-05; and <br /> WHEREAS,the current 2024 through 2033 10-year Capital Improvement Program proposes street <br /> reconstruction improvement for Riversbend 3rd and 4tn and overlay improvement for Riversbend Plaza in <br /> 2027. Staff proposes to move the improvements up to 2024 and to include as part of the MSA Xkimo Street <br /> Reconstruction, Improvement Project#24-05; and <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br /> 1) The Ramsey City Council hereby approves the addition of the streets within Riversbend 3rd, 4', <br /> and Plaza subdivisions to Improvement Project#24-05, MSA Xkimo Street Reconstruction. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon <br /> vote being taken thereon,the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> and the following voted against the same: <br /> and the following abstained: <br /> and the following were absent: <br /> Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />
