Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #24-037 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CBRE LISTING AGREEMENT FOR CITY OWNED <br /> LAND IN COR <br /> WHEREAS, since 2014, the City has contracted with CBRE for commercial real estate <br /> brokerage services to sell available City Owned Land; and <br /> WHEREAS, the current contract expires February 1, 2024; and <br /> WHEREAS, the proposed contract only includes listings inside the COR; and <br /> WHEREAS, the proposed contract maintains previous terms from the prior contract <br /> removes properties that were sold last year and does not add additional properties; and <br /> WHEREAS, the EDA met on January 11, 2024 and recommends approval of an extension <br /> of the commercial listing agreement with CBRE. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the Amendment to Listing Agreement with <br /> CBRE for the period of February 1, 2024 through midnight January 31, 2025. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof.- <br /> and the following voted against the same: <br /> and the following abstained: <br /> and the following were absent: <br /> Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br /> the 23rd day of January, 2024. <br />
