28. Brokers. Each of the parties represents and warrants to the other that there <br /> are no claims for brokerage commission or finder's fees in connection with the execution <br /> of this Lease, and agrees to indemnify the other against, and hold it harmless from, all <br /> liabilities arising from any such claim including. without limitation reasonable attorney"s <br /> fees in connection therewith. <br /> 29. Commencing on the I Oth day after a party gives notice designating <br /> a new address to which notices must be sent, the newly designated address shall be the <br /> part v's address for the purpose of all communication, demands, notices or objections <br /> per ated or required to be given or served under this Lease. <br /> 31. Force Majeure.
