Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #24-050 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING TEMPORARY USE AGREEMENT FOR RAMSEY <br /> GATEWAY HIGHWAY 10 IMPROVEMENTS, IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #20-11 <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Gateway Highway 10 Improvements project is currently under <br /> construction and Anoka County is the lead agency for this project; and <br /> WHEREAS, Ames Construction, Inc., the prime contractor on the project, is requesting <br /> temporary use of two parcels, one owned by the City of Ramsey and the other owned by Anoka <br /> County, to store equipment and materials on and for their temporary construction operations during the <br /> proj ect; and <br /> WHEREAS, granting Ames Construction temporary use of the two parcels will allow for <br /> the most cost-effective, efficient and expedient construction of the project and is therefore in the <br /> best interest of the public. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> 1) That the City Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to enter into the Temporary <br /> Use Agreement with Ames Construction, Inc. and Anoka County. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> ,and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> and the following voted against the same: <br /> and the following abstained: <br /> and the following were absent: <br />
