deemed as a limitation on Contractor's liability under the indemnities granted to <br /> Anoka County in this Contract. <br /> 1.4.5 Failure of Anoka County to demand such certification or other evidence of full <br /> compliance with these insurance requirements or failure of Anoka County to <br /> identify deficiency from evidence that is provided will not be construed as a <br /> waiver of Contractor's obligation to maintain such insurance. <br /> 1.4.6 Failure to maintain the required insurance may result in termination of this <br /> Contract at Anoka County option. <br /> 1.4.7 If Licensee fails to maintain the insurance as set forth in this requirement, Anoka <br /> County shall have right, but not obligation, to purchase said insurance ant <br /> Licensee's expense. <br /> 1.4.8 Contractor will provide certified copies of all insurance policies required herein <br /> within 10 days of Anoka County's written request for said copies. <br /> 1.4.9 Cross-Liability coverage. If Contractor's liability does not contain the standard <br /> ISO separation of insured provision, or a substantially similar clause, they shall <br /> be endorsed to provide cross-liability coverage. <br /> 1.4.10 Acceptability of Insurers. Anoka County reserves the right to reject any <br /> insurance carriers that are rated less than: A.M. Best rating of A: IV. <br /> 1.4.11 Deductibles and Self-Insured Retention. Any deductibles or self-insured <br /> retention must be declared to and approved by the County. At the option of the <br /> County, either: the insurer will reduce or eliminate such deductibles or self- <br /> insured retention as respects Anoka County, agents, officers, directors, and <br /> employees; or Licensee will procure a bond guaranteeing payment of losses and <br /> related investigations, claim administration and defense expenses; or the <br /> Licensee will provide County-requested financial statements for the purpose of <br /> verifying financial solvency, and acceptance of deductibles or self-insured <br /> retention based on this verification. <br />
