DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: <br /> The Water Fund is a self-sustaining Enterprise fund that provides for the administration,'operation and <br /> maintenance of the municipal water system that includes pump houses and towers. The current fee <br /> structure is a tiered system based on water usage and to encourage water conservation.
