1 includes any base, blade, foundation, generator, nacelle, rotor, tower, transformer, vane, wire, <br /> 2 inverter, or other component used in the system. <br /> 3 Yard means an open space on the lot which is unoccupied and unobstructed from its lowest level to the <br /> 4 sky. A yard extends along a lot line at right angles to such lot line to a depth or width specified in <br /> 5 the yard regulations for the zoning district in which such lot is located. <br /> 6 Yard,front, means that area extending along the full length of a front lot line between side lot lines and <br /> 7 to the depth required in the yard regulations for the district in which it is located. In the case of a <br /> 8 corner lot abutting one or more major roads, both yards shall be considered front yards.
