1 (G) Comprehensive Plan Amendments <br /> 2 (H) Home Occupation Permits (Level 11) <br /> 3 (1) Easement Vacations <br /> 4 (J) Encroachment Agreements <br /> 5 <br /> 6 211 General information provided in an application form <br /> 7 All requests for land use approvals required within this chapter shall be filed with the City on an official <br /> 8 application form and must be submitted to the zoning administrator by deadlines set forth in an adopted <br /> 9 calendar. Failure to submit a completed form is grounds for rejection of an application. The following <br /> 10 information is required on all land use application forms: <br /> 11 (A) The applicant's name, business name, address,telephone number, and email address. <br /> 12 (6) The property owner's name, business name, address,telephone number, and email address. <br /> 13 (C) Signatures of the applicant and property owner consenting to the application. <br /> 14 (D) The address and/or legal description of the subject site. <br /> 15 (E) The land use application type(s) being sought. <br /> 16 (F) A written narrative explaining the request. <br /> 17 (G) The applicant's and/or owner's designated representative's business name, address, telephone <br /> 18 number, and email address. <br /> 19 (H) Consent from the homeowner's association or architectural review board, if applicable. <br /> 20 <br /> 21 212 Information provided on plans <br /> 22 The information required for all land use application types generally consists of the following items, as <br /> 23 applicable to the application, and shall be submitted when applicable or requested by the zoning <br /> 24 administrator. Plans must be prepared in a standard engineering or architectural scale and be prepared <br /> 25 by a licensed surveyor, architect, and/or civil engineer, as applicable. All plans, with the exception of <br /> 26 architectural renderings, shall be in black,greyscale, and white. <br /> 27 (A) Existing Conditions. <br /> 28 (1) Affected parcel(s) legal description, dimensions, and area. <br /> 29 (2) Location of all existing significant trees, type, diameter, and which trees will be removed. <br /> 30 (3) Location of all existing structures on the site. <br /> 31 <br /> 32 PFGperty on questien-. <br /> 33 (5) Existing elevation contours at two-foot intervals extending 100 feet outside of the property <br /> 34 boundary. <br /> 35 (6) Floodplain and wetland boundaries. <br /> 36 (8) Proposed Site Plan. <br /> 37 (1) Location of all building en pFr%,%_I.-Peels inel diIN Ibng b^t�existing and proposed structures. <br /> 38 (2) Location and dimensions of vehicular circulation, curb cuts, driveways, drive aisles, and <br /> 39 number of existing and proposed parking spaces. <br /> 40 (3) Calculations of parking space requirements. <br /> 41 (4) Site plan details such as trash enclosures, etc. <br /> 42 (5) Setbacks of all buildings, parking areas, and driveways from all property lines <br /> 43 (6) Snow storage locations. <br /> 44 (C) Proposed Architectural Plans. <br /> 45 (1) Color architectural elevations with type and materials used in all exterior surfaces. <br /> 46 (2) Location and type of all proposed wall-mounted lights. <br /> 47 (3) Dimensions of proposed and existing structures. <br /> 48 (4) "Typical" floor plan and "typical" room plan. <br /> 49 (5) Preliminary Architectural Code Analysis. <br /> Page 27 of 147 <br />
