1 home occupation, written notice to that effect shall be given to the zoning administrator and <br /> 2 the council may authorize continuation of that permit without further hearing. <br /> 3 b. A home occupation permit, once granted, may be suspended or revoked prior to its original <br /> 4 revocation date by the council for cause after hearing before the council. Citizen complaints <br /> 5 seeking the revocation of such permit shall be filed with the zoning administrator. All such <br /> 6 revocation hearings, publication,and notice requirements shall be the same as for conditional <br /> 7 use permits in accordance with section 117-51. <br /> 8 c. Persons conducting a business from property zoned for residential use on the effective date <br /> 9 of the ordinance from which this section is derived shall be required to obtain a home <br /> 10 occupation permit as required herein.The business may continue pending final determination <br /> 11 of the application.Should the zoning administrator or council deny the application for a home <br /> 12 occupation permit the use shall immediately cease at such residential premises. <br /> 13 (8) Uses ineligible for Home Occupations. The following business types are not allowed uses as <br /> 14 home occupations: <br /> 15 a. Auto Repair or Sales <br /> 16 b. Firearms or ammunition sales, servicing, or manufacturing <br /> 17 <br /> 18 (E) Licensed Residential Facilities—Licensed residential facilities are limited to six residents per dwelling <br /> 19 unit. This requirement applies to unlicensed supportive living facilities. <br /> 20 <br /> 21 (F) Religious Institutions. <br /> 22 (1) In any residential district, a religious institution must be located along an arterial roadway or <br /> 23 at the intersection of two collector roadways as defined by the Existing Functional <br /> 24 Classification map in the Comprehensive Plan. Vehicular access to the site must be from <br /> 25 either the collector or arterial roadway or a designated frontage road. <br /> 26 (2) Dwelling Units. Dwelling units are allowed as an accessory use as a residence for clergy, staff, <br /> 27 or mission of the institution. <br /> 28 <br /> 29 (G) Principal structures within the Urban Reserve District constructed after the adoption date of this <br /> 30 chapter: <br /> 31 (1) All principal structures shall be orientated in such a way where access can be modified from <br /> 32 an existing arterial or collector roadway to a new local street anticipated with any future <br /> 33 subdivision on the property. <br /> 34 (2) All structures shall be designed for eventual connection to City services. <br /> 35 <br /> 36 (H) Multiple Family Dwellings. Multiple family dwelling buildings intended for general occupancy <br /> 37 (excluding Senior Living) shall have the following requirements: <br /> 38 (1) Unit types. All buildings shall have a mix of three or more different unit types. In no case shall <br /> 39 a building be comprised of more than 60 percent one-bedroom units and no more than 20 <br /> 40 percent efficiency or studio units. <br /> 41 (2) Controlled access entry systems are required for all multiple family dwelling buildings <br /> 42 including accesses between enclosed parking and the rest of the building. <br /> 43 (1) Temporary portable storage containers. <br /> 44 (1) One temporary portable storage container is allowed per dwelling unit for a maximum of 30 <br /> 45 consecutive days in a calendar year, unless in conjunction with an active building permit. <br /> 46 (2) The storage container must be located on the driveway of the dwelling unit it is serving.
