Dwelling units are allowed as an accessory use in conjunction with the following <br /> 12 uses in the applicable manner: <br /> 13 (1) Religious institution—As a residence for clergy. <br /> 14 (2) Post-Secondary Schools,Trade Schools, Colleges, and Universities—As residence halls for <br /> 15 students and staff. <br /> 16 (3) Public and Private Recreation Facilities—As a residence for on-site staff. <br /> 17 <br /> 18 830 Bulk Standards <br /> 19 vine Lo the specialized nature of each of the uses and buildings, no bulk standards shall exist. All proposed <br /> 20 sites and structures shall consider surrounding property uses in a respectful and intentional manner. <br /> 21 <br /> 22 860 Public/Institutional Parking Standards <br /> 23 A parking justification repo[L shall be submitted to the zoning administrator explaining the anticipated <br /> 24 parking needs of the use based on the number of employees, customers, and visitors. Design standards <br /> 25 must follow the business district standards set forth in Section 560. <br /> 26 <br /> 27 880 Architectural Standards <br /> 28 Due to the specialized nature of each of the uses and buildings, no architectural standards shall exist.
