1 (D) Compliance.The use of any land within the Scenic River Land Use District;the size and shape of lots; <br /> 2 the use and location of structures on lots; the installation and maintenance of water supply and <br /> 3 waste disposal facilities; the filling, grading, lagooning, or dredging of any river area; the cutting of <br /> 4 vegetation or alteration of the natural topography within the district; and the subdivision of land <br /> 5 shall be in full compliance with the terms of this subdivision and other applicable regulations. Permits <br /> 6 from the zoning authority are required by this Code, for the construction of buildings, public or <br /> 7 private water supply and sewage treatment systems, the grading and filling of the natural <br /> 8 topography, and erection of signs within the Scenic River Land Use District of the Rum River. <br /> 9 (E) The term "wetland" shall be as defined in Minn. Stats. § 103G.005, subd. 19. <br /> 10 <br /> 11 942 District Application <br /> 12 A) The Scenic River Land Use District of the Rum River, within the city, is divided into two areas:The <br /> 13 mpr- ' ^of the-Scenic Qi„^rLand Use DiStriGt located within+"^along the line between the North and <br /> 14 South half of Section 19,Township 32, Range 24. 04 this. rs"apte-r South of that line shall be classified <br /> 15 as an urban district area;and the gym ire ^r of+"a I ^Ric Rover I Rd Use D*Stri^�-rGT vvr heR " Gmty north <br /> 16 of that line shall be classified as a rural district aFe-e. <br /> 17 (B) The Scenic River Land Use District shall be shown on the official zoning map, as shall the urban and <br /> 18 rural area portions of the district contained therein. <br /> 19 (C) The provisions of Minn. Rules pts. 6105.0010-6105.0250 shall apply within the Scenic River Land <br /> 20 Use District,as specified in the Minn. Rules pts.6105.1400-6105.1500.Where the provisions of this <br /> 21 Code are in conflict with Minn. Rules pts. 6105.1400-6105.1500,the provisions of Minn. Rules pts. <br /> 22 6105.1400-6105.1500 shall apply. Copies of Minn. Rules pts. 6105.0010-6105.0250 and <br /> 23 6105.1400-6105.1500 shall be kept on file in the office of the administrator. <br /> 24 <br /> 25 943 Scenic River Protection Overlay District Uses <br /> 26 (A) Urban area. The urban area of the Scenic River Land Use District is designated the Urban Area <br /> 27 Overlay District. <br /> 28 (1) Permitted uses are all permitted uses allowed and regulated by the applicable zoning district <br /> 29 underlying the urban area overlay district, as indicated on the official zoning map of the city, <br /> 30 except that public roads, utility crossings, and all private and commercial recreation uses shall <br /> 31 be conditional uses. <br /> 32 (2) Conditional uses are all conditional uses and applicable attached conditions allowed and <br /> 33 regulated by the applicable zoning district underlying the urban area overlay district, as <br /> 34 indicated on the official zoning map of the city. <br /> 35 (B) Rural areas. The uses allowed within the rural area of the Rum River Scenic Land Use District shall <br /> 36 be those prescribed for a Scenic River Minn. Rules pt. 6105.0100 as follows: <br /> Scenic River <br /> (1) Governmental campgrounds, subject to management plan specifications and the P* <br /> provisions of section 117-261(g).* <br /> (2) Private campgrounds, subject to management plan specifications and the provisions of C** <br /> section 117-261(g). <br /> (3) Public accesses, road access type with boat launching facilities subject to management P <br /> plan specifications and the provisions of section 117-261(g). <br /> (4) Public accesses, trail access type, subject to management plan specifications and the P <br /> provisions of section 117-261(g). <br /> (5) Temporary docks.
