EXISTING YEAR (2023) CONDITIONS <br /> A capacity analysis was performed for Existing Year (2023) conditions in order to develop baseline <br /> operating conditions for the current year. The analysis was performed using Synch ro/SimTraffic. The three <br /> site accesses were modeled with the existing geometry and intersection control. The four study <br /> intersections were also modeled with the existing geometry and intersection control as summarized in <br /> Exhibit 2. Signal timings were obtained from MnDOT.
