There are two existing residential buildings on site that would be demolished. The <br /> redevelopment would include the following: <br /> • Townhouse Units: 22 townhouse units on the northern portion of the site for a total of <br /> approximately 33,000 square feet and 40 parking spaces. <br /> • Three Multifamily Residential Buildings: Three residential buildings with 476 multifamily <br /> units totaling approximately 113,529 square feet of gross residential area and 579 parking <br /> spaces. <br /> • Institutional Building: The existing institutional (church) building will remain in place. <br /> The development will also include stormwater management areas throughout the site and <br /> preserved green space. Utilities will be extended to the townhomes and the multifamily <br /> residential buildings, including sanitary sewer, water, and electrical. Construction is <br /> anticipated to begin in Spring 2024 and be completed in multiple phases over the next three <br /> to four years. <br /> c.
