December 20, 2023 <br /> To: City of Ramsey, Planning Commission and City Council <br /> Regarding the proposed lot subdivision at 15321 Hematite, we are respectfully requesting a <br /> variance to the 2.5 acre minimum. This property was originally purchased as a 5 acre parcel. <br /> Due to the construction of Alpine Drive, the property was reduced to approximately 3.8 acres, <br /> so we are unable to meet the 2.5 acre minimum lot size when subdividing the lot into two <br /> parcels. This subdivision would create an ideal 2 acre single family residential building site that <br /> is still large enough to fit in very well with the surrounding neighborhood.
