All interested persons are invited to attend and comment on the <br /> proposed requests. <br /> The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request for a Preliminary Plat, Final Plat, and Variance <br /> to impervious surfacing regulations in the Rum River Wild and Scenic Overlay District for a <br /> commercial daycare development on the property generally located between St. Francis Boulevard <br /> and xkimo Street NW, north of 142nd Avenue NW, and legally described as follows: <br /> Outlots A and B.
