ORDINANCE #24-02 <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF INNESOTA <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 106-120 "OFFICIAL ZONING MAP" OF <br /> CHAPTER 106 OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br /> SECTION 1. AMENDMENT <br /> A portion of the following legally described property is hereby rezoned from Light Industrial I-1 <br /> to Closed Landfill CL: <br /> The Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 27, Township 32, Range 25, except that <br /> part platted as Sunfish Lake Business Park, excluding roads, subject to easements of record,Anoka <br /> County, Minnesota <br /> That portion of the above-described parcel being rezoned is the approximate North 800 feet of the <br /> East 1000 feet. <br /> SECTION 2. MAP <br /> The City is hereby instructed to cause this amendment to be shown on the "City of Ramsey Official <br /> Zoning Map." <br /> SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE <br /> This ordinance becomes effective 30 days after its passage and publication, subject to City Charter <br /> Section 5.04. <br /> PASSED by the City Council of the City of Ramsey, Minnesota the 27th day of February,2024. <br />
