<br />Councilmember Musgrove introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #24-042 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING <br />STRD <br />ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR JUNIPER WOODS 1 – 3 STREET <br />RECONSTRUCTIONS, IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #24-12 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey proposes to reconstruct the streets within the Juniper <br />stndrd <br />Woods 1, 2, and 3 subdivision as identified within the 2023 – 2032 10-Year Capital <br />Improvement Program; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution #23-130, adopted June 13, <br />2023, the City Council accepted and awarded the proposal to Bolton & Menk, Inc., for topographic <br />survey of the project area; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution #23-129, adopted June 27, <br />2023, the City Council accepted and awarded the proposal to Independent Testing Technologies, <br />Inc., for a geotechnical report of the project area; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution #23-202, adopted August 22, <br />2023, the City Council ordered the City Engineer to prepare plans and specifications for Juniper <br />strd <br />Woods 1 – 3 Street Reconstructions, Improvement Project #24-12; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer has prepared plans and specifications for the purpose of <br />strd <br />advertising for bids for Juniper Woods 1 – 3 Street Reconstruction, Improvement Project #24- <br />12. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1) The Ramsey City Council hereby approves the plans and specifications prepared by the <br />City Engineer and authorizes advertisement for bids for said improvements as City <br />strd <br />Improvement Project #24-12, Juniper Woods 1 – 3 Street Reconstructions. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Woestehoff, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Musgrove <br /> Councilmember Woestehoff <br /> Councilmember Howell <br /> Councilmember Olson <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />
