Director of Public Works Kapler suggested the idea of vacating a portion of 142''a Avenue <br />Northwest to connect the two properties. <br /> <br />Councilmember Zimmerman stated that with the location of the site it would seem appropriate to <br />explore the issue. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Connolly, seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman, to direct Staff <br />to explore the possibility of purchasing the property directly north of the existing Public Works <br />building. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Zimmerman, and Councilmember Connolly. Voting <br />No: None. <br /> <br />COMMITTEE INPUT <br /> <br />Councihnember Zimmerman noted that a letter was received from the residents of Rivenwick <br />thanking them for their assistance with installing stop signs in their development. <br /> <br />Director of Public Works Kapler noted that the City should be receiving the blue street signs <br />shortly for private streets. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Connolly, seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman, to adjourn the <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
