A63.Edible cannabinoid product'n Minnesota must meet the following requirements: • Products may not bear likeness or contain cartoon-Like characteristics of a real or fictional erson animal or fruit that a eats to children. p pp • Products may not be modeled after a brand of products primarily consumed by or marketed to children. • Products may not be made by applying cannabinoids to a commercially available candy or snack food item. • Products may not contain other non-FDA approved ingredients. • Products may not be packaged in a way that resembles other commercially available food products. • Products may not be packaged in a container that includes items that could reasonably mislead a person to believe the package contains anything but an edible cannabinoid product. • Must be packaged in child resistant,tamper-evident, and opaque packaging excerpt if intended to be consumed as beverage. • Contain no more than 5 mg THC per serving. • Contain no more than 50 mg THC Per package.
