The public hearing was closed at 7:05 p.m. <br /> Council Business <br /> Motion by Councilmember Woestehoff, seconded by Councilmember Howell,to adopt Resolution <br /> #24-010 Vacating Various Street Rights-of-Way in the COR. <br /> Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Kuzma, Councilmembers Woestehoff, Howell, Musgrove, <br /> Olson, Riley, and Specht. Voting No: None. <br /> 7. COUNCIL BUSINESS <br /> 7.01: Adopt Resolution #24-035 Approving Purchase Agreement and Right of Re-Entry <br /> Agreement and Sale of Lot 1, Block 1, Rivers Bend Plaza 2nd Addition; MW <br /> Properties LLC <br /> Economic Development Manager Sullivan reviewed the Staff report concerning the purchase <br /> agreement and right of re-entry agreement for the sale of Lot 1, Block 1, Rivers Bend Plaza 2nd <br /> Addition. He shared the EDA's recommendation for approval for the purchase agreement and the <br /> right of re-entry agreement. <br /> Councilmember Musgrove shared that she is excited about this business coming to this portion of <br /> Ramsey. <br /> Mitchell Webb, MW Properties dba Complete Auto, came forward and shared that they currently <br /> have three locations for Complete Auto. He stated they see this property to be a good property for <br /> everyone to be able to use it. He noted that their business is not complicated and has a clean cut <br /> operation with good staff. <br /> Motion by Councilmember Howell, seconded by Councilmember Musgrove,to Adopt Resolution <br /> #24-03 5 Approving Purchase Agreement and Right of Re-Entry Agreement and Sale of Lot 1, <br /> Block 1, Rivers Bend Plaza 2nd Addition; MW Properties LLC (As presented) Subject to City <br /> Attorney review. <br /> Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Kuzma, Councilmembers Howell, Musgrove, Olson, Riley, <br /> Specht, and Woestehoff. Voting No: None. <br /> 7.02: Adopt Resolution #24-045 Approving the 2024 Playground Replacement Plan - <br /> Alpine and River's Bend Parks <br /> Parks and Assistant Public Works Director Riverblood reviewed the Staff report in regard to the <br /> Playground Replacement Plan for Alpine Park and River's Bend Park. <br /> City Council/January 23, 2024 <br /> Page 5 of 7 <br />
